This playsuit is my most successful quick-under-pressure-buy I've ever picked out and in record time!

On a hot and extremely humid London summer's day, I was headed out for drinks after work and realised the heat for the day made the dress I was wearing feel not as fresh as I would have liked it to be. No one wants to be the sweaty girl at the bar.

On my way to meet my friends, I walked past New Look about 15 minutes before they closed. I dashed in and started combing through their sale rack to find something I could slip on for the evening.

I found, tried on, and paid for this jumpsuit in less than 15 minutes.

A personal best.

This outfit is testament to the fact that you have to jump out of your comfort zone every once in a while. I've always loved playsuits and jumpsuits on other people but have never found one with the right proportions for my short torso and stocky frame.

Very happy with this find. Plus it was on sale so I paid around £10 for it which makes it even better. This one in particular has sold out but I've listed others below.

The shoes are from River Island and I showcased them in my last haul video, check it out if you haven't already :). They are surprisingly comfortable lasting about 4 hours before I needed to sit down. Not bad for 6.5 inch heels.

And of course the accessories. The bag was borrowed from my bff Sabrina who runs her own fabulous beauty and fashion blog here.

The rings are from Monica Vinader, one of my FAVORITE jewellery brands. You're meant to stack the rings but the other fingers get jealous so I tend to alternate the rings across all 5.

Oh and I should mention the nails! My latest find from Primark. These are the classic glue and press on nails from the 90s.

I'm wearing beige ones here which are a gorgeous shade on brown skin, much more flattering than bright white as they shade's a little less harsh. They come in all sorts of colours and designs. Great for a couple of days' wear but be warned they don't do well in water.

This particular pantsuit has sold out but I've found alternatives here, here, here, and here :)

Happy shopping!
