SOUTHBANK STREET FOOD

Believe it or not, there have been times in London where the weather hasn't sucked.

On this particular Sunday, I had a date. The Southbank is a fab go to space on pretty much any sunny day in London if you want to be outside. There are art exhibits, book sales, skater kids practicing, food markets, street performers, the incredible river view, and even the odd flashmob.

We went down there to eat...obviously. The Real Food Market is a usual Southbank occurrence where local merchants come by with locally made DELICIOUS yummies.

There were even little gift things you could buy for the specials in your life.

And of course, no good meal is complete without boozy Christmas concoctions.

The date itself was rubbish but the combination of great weather plus bbq chorizo, goat's cheese, and flames made for a fabolous day out regardless.

The Real Food market is going to be around for another week before they take a couple weeks' break. They're back from December 12th onwards.
