Open sachet packet and take out the bag and the tie.
Place the chicken breasts in the bag and cover in the spices from the sachet.
Tie securely with the included tie, gently turn the bag over in your hands to ensure the breasts are evenly coated. Bake according to packet instructions.
The good thing with this recipe is there's no added oil but you get a sauce from all the chickeny juices so I usually just boil up some wholegrain rice to go with it or if I'm feeling fancy, I'll chop up a potato into wedges and get those in the oven at the same time. Or if you're feeling EVEN lazier than that, poke pin pricks into a washed sweet potato and stick it in the microwave for 5-7 minutes on high. When soft to the touch, scoop out the insides and voila - instant sweet potato mash. Possibilities are endless!
