LONDON EATS: SALT YARD

It was one of those gorgeous autumnal Saturday afternoons where brunch with the squad turns into lunch which turns into dinner. Our dinner was here, at the Salt Yard, a tapas restaurant in central London.

Salt Yard has been on my hit list for a while but kept slipping my mind every time someone says "hey where should we eat". Tapas plus a large group makes the perfect excuse to try pretty much everything from the menu. And it did not disappoint.

The restaurant itself is quite small but during peak dinner time on a Saturday we had no issues getting a table for 6 with no booking. They have tables outside too so if you're lucky enough to get good weather you'll complete the Spanish experience.

My favourites were the stuffed courgette flowers and the chops but it really was ALL good. Great food, lots of wine, really good vibe. It took a while for us to get the bill though as the staff did seem to forget about us all the way outside at the end.

My favourite tapas place in London is still to come but until then, this place will do nicely.
